Design Brief: Valplast® International Packaging & Printed Materials

Client: Valplast®
Scope: Packaging Design, Mechanical Drawings, Bilingual Printed Materials

Overview: Valplast® makes flexible dental appliances and cleaning products, and they needed packaging and printed materials that looked great but also followed strict industry rules. I handled the full design process—from early concepts to detailed mechanical drawings ready for production.

Objectives:
• Designed packaging for products used by both professionals and consumers
• Created brochures and consumer guides to explain how to use Valplast products
• Drafted mechanicals to make sure everything printed correctly, down to the millimeter
• Developed all printed materials in both English and Spanish
• As a native Spanish speaker, I reviewed and supervised all Spanish translations to make sure they were accurate and easy to understand

The Approach:
Everything was designed to feel clean, professional, and easy to use. The packaging had to hold up on store shelves and in a dental office. The printed materials were clear and approachable—helping both English and Spanish speakers understand how to use the products with confidence.

The Result:
Valplast’s materials ended up being practical, polished, and ready for international audiences. From the shelves to the trade show tables, everything reflected the brand’s focus on quality and care.
